| We
have integrated arts and culture into our school system. Other than
providing a good outlet for the creative energies of our budding artists,
it provides good opportunities for our kids to discover new talents
and the joy or performing or creating things by themselves. Music,
drawing and craft are all a part of the regular curriculum till the
seventh standard. Eighth standard onwards they decide if they wish
to pursue any of these creative arts with intensive training and compete
almost professionally.

And
of course, being in a country like India- who can resist the festivities
and the stories behind them! We embrace and respect tradition and
try to make our children aware of our rich cultural heritage. All
our children participate in celebrating all festivals. We have special
things like dahi-handi, rangoli competitions, moulding Ganpati statues
and colouring them, making lamps in Diwali and so on and so forth.

Each
child participates in the Annual gathering in dances, dramatics,
singing etc. These things are taught to children in the younger classes
and those interested can pursue it in the higher standards as their
special activity.
We
have a huge auditorium which will further facilitate the development
of performing arts among our students. |
