The age criterion for admission to various classes is as follows:

(If your child is born after 31st July but on or before 15th August, please contact the school, as these are special cases and have to be handled differently. We will tell you what procedures you have to follow to secure admission)

 

Note that a child must be of a minimum age as per the above table to be in a specific class. However other conditions apply like to be in Std. 2 in June 2005 the child must pass Std. I exam in April 2006.

The child will be observed for the following things before he is granted admission to the school.

For kids in KG, the parents will conduct the test, in presence of a school authority.

Note that all admissions beyond Std. 2 require that your child has successfully completed the previous academic year.

What kind of test is this? You can go to the papers section to download the sample papers for the class your child will be going into. The actual test paper will be different, but these papers will give you an idea of the paper pattern and the syllabus and the difficulty level.
