KINDERGARTEN

All parents, old and new have to sign this undertaking on a separate form. Once signed these rules and conditions will be binding on them .

Rules and Regulations:

- All admissions for the academic year 2006-07 have to pay the first instalment of fees in full irrespective of whether the child joins the school in the academic year 2006-07 or not.

- All payments can be made by cheques. A fine of Rs. 500 will be charged for each bounced cheque.

- A late fee of Rs. 100 per day will be charged for all payments made after the due date.

- If the name is not withdrawn in writing on or before 30th September 2006, the second instalment of fees will have to paid in full.

- If the name is not withdrawn in writing on or before 22nd April 2007, the first instalment of fees for the academic year 2007-08 will have to paid in full.

Service Tax :

- Educational Institutes are exempted from the service tax as of today. However, if the service tax becomes applicable during the financial year then the same will be borne by the parents.

Attendance :

- Regular attendance is compulsory.

- A student suffering from an infectious disease has to bring a fitness certificate from a doctor.

- No child is allowed to leave the school early other than in very exceptional circumstances.

- Attendance on the last day before any long vacation and on the first day on the resumption of the school after a long vacation is compulsory.

Uniform :

- A child should wear proper uniform on all school days ( even on his birthday ) No child will be allowed in the school or in the van without proper uniform.

- Boys should have a close hair cut and neatly combed hair. Girls can use black ribbons, black hairpins or black hair-band only.

- Tattoos, mehendi, nail paint, long earrings, jewellery and watches are not allowed.

- Reference no. of a child should be put on the jackets, shoes and shirts by the parents to avoid any possible exchange.


Discipline :

- Every child must carry the identity card everyday.

- Distribution of gifts to friends in the van or in the class is strictly forbidden.

- Strict action will be taken against children damaging the school property.

ID CARD :

A photo identity card is issued. In case the card is lost, a new card is to be obtained by paying Rs. 30/-
